Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Recommend and promote company products and services to customers, collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Perform after‑sales service to ensure customer satisfaction, develop brand loyalty, and generate repeat orders.
- Carry out mail shots for marketing activities.
- Prepare sales quotations.
- Perform any other ad‑hoc office duties assigned by superior whenever required.
