What We Offer :
Job Position : Customer Service Executive (English &
Mandarin Speakers
Only)
Industry : Telecommunication
Working Hours : 7am to 3am rotational shift, 5 working days per week
Location : Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya (Nearby Ara Damansara LRT)
Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the company's products.
To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Qualifications
Minimum SPM qualification and fresh graduates are welcome – PAID TRAINING Provided
Fluent in Mandarin (speak only) & English
Willing to work in Ara Damansara
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Willing to work on a shift basis (7AM - 3AM), each shift consists of 9.5 working hours and includes 1-hour lunch for rest and another 30 minutes of break
