Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain shipping and receiving documentation.
- Coordinate with forwarding agents, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in inventory management.
- Prepare reports on logistics performance metrics.
- Resolve any shipping discrepancies or issues promptly.
- maintain accurate records in our logistics systems.
- Support the logistics team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications :
A minimum SPM / STPM is required for this position.Minimum 1 year of working experience in logistics, or related field is required.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Good command of in English and Bahasa, Mandarin is an added advantage.Good communication and interpersonal skill.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with logistics software and databases is a plus.Job Type : Full-time
