Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Ecommerce Onboarding Seller Executive at eRomman Marketplace in WP Kuala Lumpur. The role involves daily tasks related to onboarding sellers onto the platform, managing their accounts, and ensuring a seamless experience for both sellers and buyers.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce onboarding, account management, and seller support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve seller performance
• Proficiency in Arabic and English languages
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
