Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia is recruiting on behalf of a global leading medical device company. As business growth and expansion continues, our respected client is seeking an enthusiastic and sales driven individual for the job of Business Manager.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage your state's operations, contributing to the organization's service goals, objectives, and business plans.
• Uphold and enhance the organization's reputation through adherence to company standards and values.
• Inspire and positively influence your state team, delegating decisions effectively.
• Make timely, well-informed decisions, communicate them clearly, and plan for their successful execution.
• Actively participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of quality improvement programs aligned with the business plan.
• Monitor all state expenses and activities to ensure profitability and adherence to budget.
• Manage service contracts and ensure professional, compelling tender responses.
• Provide comprehensive monthly reports to the Area Manager / Head of Department.
• Ensure receivables are kept under 50 days.
• Commit to ongoing professional development as outlined in your performance agreement.
• Build your professional profile through relevant memberships and participation in industry activities.
