Responsibilities
- Client Management : Establish and maintain strong client relationships, gather feedback, and ensure overall client satisfaction with minimal issues; respond to client requests accurately and promptly.
- Account & Communication : Update clients on new packages, competitive alerts, media opportunities, and follow through on campaigns; communicate client needs to the team (e.g., special or ad hoc reports).
- Business Partner Management : Develop relationships with business partners (e.g., creative, media owners) to obtain updated information and ensure smooth campaign placement; ensure clear documentation on all communications with partners and obtain contract approvals as required.
- Research & Media Applications Proficiency : Perform planning / booking using syndicated and proprietary systems; generate reports by medium and phase (pre / post-buy) and apply the agency’s planning approach.
- Financial : Input accurately into billing systems; update and follow through on media placement changes; adhere to media planning processes; reconcile media payment variances.
- Industry Knowledge : Demonstrate understanding of the media landscape (online and offline); carry out basic analysis of targets and apply insights to create effective plans / buys.
- Investment Management : Optimize and adhere to budget constraints; manage and allocate costs across media channels for brands.
- Corporate Responsibility : Uphold the company’s image and reputation through appropriate behaviours.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a media agencyStrong communication and presentation skillsStrong understanding of media terminology and conceptsConversant with digital media and able to think across the whole media mix; hands-on experience with various technology platformsCommercial acumen, attention to detail and numeracyAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentAdditional Information
