WOWBEAUTY Beauty Trainer

Job Responsibilities :

Conduct daily in-store training and coaching for the Malaysia market, including SOPs, product knowledge, and sales skills, to enhance Beauty Advisors' expertise and sales capabilities.

Organize beauty classes, salons, and related activities to improve consumers' perception and engagement with the brand.

Provide support for new store openings, including onboarding and training for new hires.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in training within the beauty retail industry.

Proficient in office software and able to independently develop training materials.

Capable of independently conducting beauty classes in stores.

Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.

Experience in beauty operations management is preferred; a certified makeup artist qualification is a plus.
