This position is responsible for driving customer acquisitions and growth initiatives through various marketing campaigns and promotions, as well as brand awareness.
Job Description :
Develop, plan, and implement customer acquisition strategies and marketing initiatives to drive leads and website traffic, improve engagement and increase brand awareness.
Drive continuous enhancement of the brand and brand awareness in the market by promoting the value of the products and services offered.
Plan, negotiate and execute promotions and marketing campaigns within cost budget effectively.
Design, manage and optimize communication strategies focused on attracting, retaining and engaging customers.
Conduct market research, analysis and interpretation of market data to have customer insights and trends as well as identify opportunities for growth and innovative campaigns.
Create, conceptualize and manage digital content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, websites, etc).
Work internally with the team and / or alongside agencies to execute and monitor marketing initiatives while also managing campaign budget to optimize the ROI.
Provide accurate and timely information reports and analysis of all digital marketing and marketing activities.
Leverage the business development team and operations team to create value to customers by looking into improving the user experience and journey of PayDibs Sdn. Bhd. payment gateway and website.
Develop and review the concept of creative artworks / visuals for marketing purposes.
Job Specification :
Possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent from a recognized University.
Minimum 5-8 years of working experience in fintech, financial services, and e-commerce industry.
Familiar with social media content creation, campaigns, analytics, tracking and brand engagement.
Familiar with Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, SEO & Google Analytics will be an added advantage.
Knowledge in social media reporting, Google Analytics and Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop will be an added advantage.
Result-oriented and data driven, able to make data-informed decisions for a marketing plan.
Resourceful, creative and knack for identifying great creative marketing.
Those in their Managerial level for at least 4 years in their current employment now are encouraged to apply.
