Job descriptionBachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience. Experience in the insurance industry. Experience working with inter-departmental teams.
Job Summary
Provide operational support for day-to-day business activities related to policy issuance submissions.
Drive growth and sales across all assigned products.
Job Accountabilities
- Support daily policy issuance submissions and monitoring.
- Assist the team with sales support and services, such as straight-through quotation and cover note preparation.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure effective ongoing sales performance.
- Monitor and analyze business performance and sales results, comparing them with defined outcomes.
- Resolve complex queries and errors promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate, plan, and implement measures; assist in projects.
