Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the KL / Selangor sales team and oversee regional performance.
- Build, maintain, and regularly update customer databases and relationship records.
- Coach and monitor team members to ensure extensive customer outreach and engagement.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, and manage order follow-ups.
- Gather and analyze market and project information to support sales initiatives.
- Drive innovation in the sales process to attract new clients and expand the business.
- Understand and align with both company goals and client requirements.
- Stay current with consumer trends to ensure product and service relevance.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.Minimum 5 years of proven team management experience, with at least 2 years in sales within the same industry.Strong awareness of the current market landscape.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Responsible, communicative, and a strong team player.Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.High integrity, energetic, results-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills.Possess own transport and a valid driving license.Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia
