Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

• Collaborates with recruitment team and posts all position requisitions to agreed-upon sites.
• Assists with researching recruitment resources and applicable organization memberships for job postings for both.
• Assists in sourcing, screening and shortlisting relevant profiles for respective assigned positions for all divisions.
• Collaborates with and supports the recruiting team on the achievement of Affirmative Action goals through job postings and continuous research of new resources.
• Research, schedules career fairs with appropriate staff as a source to generate qualified applicants.
• Responsible tracking employee referrals and ensuring that qualifications are met for payment.
• Schedules interviews & debrief meetings with the hiring team (including the recruiter).
• Distributes and tracks all pre-employment contingencies for new hires. This includes tracking of the background check, and other pre-employment activities.
• Processes invoices that may generate from recruitment, pre-employment or onboarding activity.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned.
