Job descriptionPreferably at least 2 years of related working experience. Preferably Executive specializing in Finance / Banking / Insurance or equivalent. Excellent communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin language for both spoken and written. MS Excel skills such as using functions of Pivot tables, VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP is an added advantage.
Job Descriptions
- Ensure settlement with Card Association is done correctly and promptly on daily basis.
- Ensure all GL accounts are reconciled on daily basis.
- Performing daily financial transactions such as identifying, verifying, and posting of transactions.
- Prepare periodical reports such as Monthly and Quarterly for the Management, Clients, Card Associations and Regulators.
- Consult with Clients, Banks, and Card Associations when necessary.
- Well versed with rules and regulations of Card Associations.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Being able to adapt and work well with others to achieve goals.
- Being able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Candidate should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Business Studies / Administration / Management.
