Responsible for the full scope of human resource functions for Tomb Operation Division.
Provide consultive support and advice to line managers and staff on Human Resource Admin (HRA) related issues.
Liaise with managers and staff to ensure proper follow-up on queries or grievance.
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including recruitment, payroll,training, compensation and performance management.
Monitoring in foreign workers application, renewal, special pass, FOMEMA and all related to foreign workers affairs.
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities and maintain staff confidential information / records.
Apply training course for staff.
Assist in job posting, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.
Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents.
Verify and update leave records and medical certificates.
Generate monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
Compile monthly overtime, allowances, and other payroll-related information.
Support payroll processing by providing accurate and timely data.
Support the distribution of uniforms, ID cards, and Human Resource (HR) communications.
Maintain proper filing of HR documents (both physical and digital).
Any other duties as assigned by the superior / management to you from time to time.
Job Requirement
Prossess at least Diploma or equivalent.
At least 5 years working experience in related field.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments.
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Computer literate and well-verse in MS Applications.
Resourceful, forward-looking and result oriented.
