Job descriptionDiploma and above (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!) Proficient in Traditional Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Strong attention to details and data accuracy Experience in operations is an advantage (higher basic salary offered) Willing to work overtime when required (OT allowance provided) Handle daily operations, check data and documents, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and on time Solve transaction issues by finding the cause and fixing problems quickly to avoid delays Handle inquiries and build good relationships with authorities and stakeholders Work closely with internal and external teams to achieve project goals efficiently Meal, Transport, and Sport Allowance Multinational company, with a friendly & helpful culture Office located near shopping malls and housing area - easy access from public transport Good career advancement EPF, SOCSO, EIS provided Annual leave, medical leave PAID training by experts in your field Positive environment with helpful and friendly colleagues Strong learning and development plans for your career growth Strategic location with direct access to public transport

- Working location : Menara AIA Sentral (near Pavilion KL, accessible by Public Transport)

- Salary Package : Basic + allowance based on interview performance, qualification, and experience
