Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma / Degree graduates with at least 1 year of customer service experience; fresh graduates encouraged to apply SPM / secondary education holders with 2-3 years experience in Shared Service Centre, Customs Clearance, Contact Centre, Operations, or general Logistics Strong spoken and written English skills Strong problem-solving skills with accuracy and attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented, customer experience excellence mindset Ability to commit to a 1-year contract with potential for permanent role based on performance Available to start immediately and work a 44-hour work week within normal office hours Competitive basic salary Two-month guaranteed year-end bonus Performance-based bonuses USD 3,000 tuition assistance for personal development Medical check-up, vision care, and dental benefits Insurance outpatient and specialist coverage, possibly including dependents Employee reduced rate shipping Employee assistance programs for physical and mental wellbeing

Responsibilities
- Provide first line of support by resolving customer inquiries and issues with empathy and professionalism
- Manage shipment bookings, logistics queries, and provide real-time updates
- Drive service excellence and customer satisfaction by anticipating problems and improving customer experience
- Adhere to FedEx’s cultural values and compliance standards in all customer interactions
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Customer Experience Manager
