We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Admin Clerk to join our management company. The successful candidate will handle administrative tasks, support day-to-day office operations, and ensure smooth workflow within the company.
Responsibilities :
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other office documents
- Maintain proper records and filing systems
- Support management in daily office operations
- Any other tasks as assigned
