A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product / services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experienced candidates are preferable.
- Problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected task / situations.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment.
- Flexible – work independently and with a team daily.
Responsibilities
Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.Efficiently gather customer information and fulfil customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts.Provide quality services face to face or over the phone.Gathers, input, and tracks sales data in computer system.Responsible for processing orders.Identify potential prospects and communicate to sales team.What We Offer
