Globally headquartered in EMEA, this organization grows, invests and moves at pace in a highly matrixed environment, working as part of global and regional teams covering a range of high‑performing, complex international business areas that are in growth and transformation mode. They are now looking to hire an APAC HR Services Lead for their HR Services Centre based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, leading a sizeable and experienced team.

Reporting to the Head of HR Services for APAC based in the regional headquarters, and working closely with the regional and global Heads of HR for the respective business areas, the Associate Director will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of HR services across APAC through the KL‑based HR Services Centre, ensuring excellence in execution, compliance and employee experience. This role plays a critical part in driving operational efficiency, managing risk and supporting and / or leading global and regional HR transformation initiatives. There are exciting global projects on the horizon with APAC being key to the group’s HR services and HR transformation success globally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of HR services across APAC.
• Ensure compliance and excellent employee experience.
• Drive operational efficiency and manage risk.
• Support and / or lead global and regional HR transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional and global HR leadership and business stakeholders.
