About the role
We’re looking for someone to join our HR team as a Head Talent Acquisition APAC . If you’re highly result driven, focused, adaptable to change, enjoy working in a global HR setup and can effectively advise business and HR leaders– this could be your dream job!
Manage and run the regional recruitment competency center
- Lead the APAC RCC team to provide end to end resourcing expertise and support to hiring managers and enhance candidate experience;
- Build collaborative relationships with Internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of the recruitment process with business needs ;
- Understand internal clients requirements and the business challenges to find the right candidates;
- Drive the performance of the APAC RCC team to have a strong delivery and execution in fulfilling hiring needs and improve the time to hire and quality of profiles;
- Act as recruitment point of contact for a portfolio of internal clients principally hiring high end or niche skill sets;
- Design and develop talent acquisition strategy plan that meets the business needs and priorities ;
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to enhance our brand visibility and create a pipeline of high caliber talent for the organization in a timely and cost effective manner;
- Monitor sourcing strategy and recruitment costs; measure and track KPIs and SLAs
- Develop and manage relationships with external search partners;
- Be SPOC for global processes and projects along with the Regional manager role;
- Maintain strong synergy with other Regional TA managers, country HR, SSC managers, global stakeholders
About You
You are a seasoned talent acquisition leader with 10-15 years of experience, including a strong track record within the Telecom & IT services sector. Your strategic mindset is complemented by a hands‑on approach to sourcing critical niche roles in diverse geographies across the APAC region. With exceptional relationship‑building skills, you thrive in a multicultural environment, driving results through coaching and empowering your team.

This role requires a balance of strategic and tactical talent acquisition skills, with hands‑on experience in sourcing critical and niche roles ;10-15 years of experience with at least 3 years in a telecom and IT services organization is essential;Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment processes in Telecom & IT Services environments is required;Experience in international sourcing with exposure to multiple APAC geographies enhances the ideal candidate profile;Outstanding knowledge of social networks and digital platforms is necessary for modern recruiting strategies;A proven track record in developing strong relationships with functional leaders and other stakeholders is essential;Demonstrated leadership skills, including effective coaching, motivating, and empowering staff to build successful teams;An ability to drive results through well‑defined goals and accountability in individual and team performance is crucial;Excellent written and verbal communication skills, complemented by strong change management capabilities, are necessary;Adaptability to work in a multicultural environment while maintaining a strong customer service orientation is critical.What we Offer
