Responsibilities
Assist to manage the Director’s day-to-day operational matters
Managing public relations and coordinating reception arrangements for guests and investors with the team
Assist the Director in researching and following up with action
Organise meetings and ensure that the Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers
Making appointments, travel arrangement / VISA, coordinating business schedules, itinerary, minutes of meetings, itinerary and general correspondence
Handling of personal and private / confidential matters for the Director and / or immediate family members of the Director as instructed
Maintain Director’s office systems, including data management and filing
Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required
What You Should Have
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with digital tools.
Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Professional demeanor, resourceful, and proactive in anticipating needs.
