Penerangan pekerjaanTo statutory requirements (including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB); Maintain good filing system and proper document recording; Manage payment voucher and cheques; Interface / coordination with management and other recruiters and screeners. Candidate must possess at least diploma in Accounting; BS / BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred; Must have very good English and Mandarin spoken language skills. At Proven with office management procedures and basic HR role; Good knowledge in using Microsoft Office; Able to meet deadlines and work in a fast pace environment; Good communication and interpersonal skills; and Able to start work immediately would be added advantage.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform accounting and HR duties at our CyberJaya location.
- Responsible for the administration and human resources duties.
- Must
create attractive job postings, broadcast posting, conduct recruiting
and screening potential candidates, mostly language interpreters ( in
Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand etc)
Update the trackers and maintaining the Excel sheets on timely manner for paying out commission.
prepare monthly payroll and ensure all documentations are complying
Job Requirements
least 1 year(s) of experiences in the related field is required for
this position ; Freshers may apply with above education .
experience as an office administrator, office assistant and familiarity
