- Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.
- Processing invoices and expense claims.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports.
- Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
Payroll :
Assisting in the preparation and processing of payroll.Verifying timekeeping records and ensuring accuracy.Addressing payroll-related inquiries from employees.Human Resources Support :
Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.Managing employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.Handling employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.Assisting in the coordination of employee training and development activities.Supporting HR initiatives such as performance management and employee engagement programs.Administrative Tasks :
