The Role
We’re open to both — an experienced events executive or a fresh graduate who’s tough, hungry, and not afraid of long hours or hard work.

You’ll manage projects end-to-end, handle clients, support business development, and guide juniors.
If you’ve got strong proposal skills, a good eye for presentation, and lead with urgency — we want to talk.
Responsibilities
End-to-End Event Management
- Lead full event planning, prep, and execution — from client brief to wrap-up.
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors, crews, logistics, and timelines.
- Own your deliverables, quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
- Be hands-on and stay calm when things don’t go as planned.
Client Servicing & Proposal Work
Liaise directly with clients — from pitch to execution.Prepare clean, professional decks, proposals, and documentation (not just copy-paste templates).Manage client relationships and expectations.Give real-time updates — before clients even ask.Translate vague briefs into real timelines, concepts, and costings.Business Development
Support cold outreach, sponsorship decks, and follow-ups.Attend meetings, pitch ideas, and help grow the agency.Team Collaboration
Guide junior execs, interns, and on-ground crews to deliver A-class work.Collaborate closely with leadership on on-going projects.Who We\'re Looking For?
0–4 years of experience in events or brand activations.For those with experience, has led or supported full projects — not just assisted.Strong in event planning, budgeting, logistics, and vendor coordination.A clear communicator — with clients and internally.Writes sharp proposals, builds clean decks, and thinks in structure.Comfortable with client servicing, pitching, and closing deals.Moves with urgency, solves problems fast, takes accountability.Can juggle multiple tasks, think on your feet, and still deliver.Not afraid of long hours, late nights, or hands-on work when needed.Fluent in English; BM & Mandarin are a plus.Own transport is preferred.Why Join Brand Rovers?
