Outlet Manager / Outlet Assistant Manager / Outlet Supervisor (KL & Selangor)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of the outlet’s daily operations
• Meet sales and cost budget set for the outlet
• Ensure SOP and Shop Rules are followed at all times, including policies for Food Safety and Sanitation process
• Manage inventory and stock orders properly to control cost
• Lead, coach and manage a team of crew members, and grow them into a strong team
• Execute marketing campaigns as per management directions to achieve sales target
• Manage customer feedback in a professional manner
• Pro-actively provide feedback / ideas to Operations Leaders and Management for continuous improvement in outlet operations
