Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations following management guidelines and to the highest standards.
Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures.
Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.
Preserve excellent customer service, process customer complaints or feedbacks, and respond to customer needs.
Comply with all health and safety regulations.
Maintain storefront inventory and continuously make necessary improvements for the front of house.
Job Requirements :
Minimum of 3 years of working experience in F&B.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Able to motivate and lead a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in POS system and basic Microsoft Office applications.
