We’re looking for a  HRIS Implementation Executive   who will play a key role in  managing Human Resource Information System (HRIS) implementation projects  for our clients—ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption of HRIS platforms.

This position is dual in nature : while your main role focuses on HRIS implementation, you will also be involved in payroll-related tasks when there are no active implementation projects.

📍 Location : Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

⏰ Work Mode : Hybrid Work (3 days in office, 2 days work from home)

💼 Role :   HRIS Implementation Executive

💵 Salary : RM 4,000 - RM 5,000

What You'll Do :

• Lead and manage HRIS implementation projects, from requirements gathering to client onboarding.
• Understand client HR needs and design tailored HRIS solutions.
• Configure, customize, and test HRIS based on client processes and policies.
• Manage data migration (mapping, extraction, validation).
• Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
• Conduct client training sessions and create user manuals / documentation.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, and cross-functional teams for system integration.
• Deliver post-implementation support and troubleshoot system issues.
• Assist in payroll operations (processing, compliance, reporting)  when not engaged in HRIS onboarding projects .
