Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HRIS Executive to join our HR team and play a key role in driving our HR digital transformation In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development, administration, optimisation, and maintenance of our Human Resource Management System (HRMS), as well as ensuring seamless integration with internal and external systems. You will play a key role in safeguarding data accuracy, enhancing system interoperability, optimising business processes in partnership with HR, Finance, and IT teams, and enhancing the overall employee experience.

- Administer and maintain the HR system (Darwinbox), ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance.
- Support system implementation, upgrades, configurations, and enhancements in collaboration with HR, IT, and vendors.
- Generate HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support management decision-making.
- Provide first-level support and training to HR staff and end-users, including preparing guides and materials.
- Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and statutory requirements while supporting payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle operations.
- Drive change management by promoting adoption of new HR system features, tools, and practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, IT, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 2–4 years' experience in HR operations.Strong knowledge of HR processes (payroll, leave, benefits, claims, performance management, etc.).Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR analytics.Experience with HR systems and rollout (e.g., Darwinbox, Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP HR, Oracle HCM, or other HRMS platforms) is an added advantage.Good understanding of data accuracy, security, and statutory requirements.Strong problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work collaboratively with HR, IT, business stakeholders and external vendors.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support end-users and conduct training.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.Able to work independently and as part of a team.What We Offer
