Account Executive
who’s ready to turn precision products into strong customer partnerships. This is a
full-time, on-site
role based in
Selangor, Malaysia . What you’ll do Build and grow long-term relationships with glove manufacturers Understand client challenges and turn them into production actions Present solutions that make technical sense and commercial impact Negotiate confidently and close deals that deliver win-wins Work closely with our production and logistics teams to keep every order smooth Spot new market opportunities and help us expand regionally If you love connecting technical excellence with customer success, this is your stage. Qualifications
Experience in
B2B sales ,
account management , or
industrial customer service Strong
communication ,
negotiation , and
relationship-building
skills Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning your targets Prior exposure to
manufacturing ,
ceramics , or
glove production
is a plus Bachelor’s degree in
Business ,
Marketing , or related field Familiar with
CRM tools
and
