Overview
Join PwC’s Workforce team to help automate and optimise HR processes for businesses. You will assist in implementing HR solutions, aligning HR functions and technology to support organisational transformation with a tech-enabled, human-centric approach.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, desires, and challenges related to HR systems.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients concerning HR systems and services.
- Handle and respond to client feedback, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with the IT team to address and resolve client issues efficiently.
- Record and document client feedback and system issues accurately.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions and resolutions.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the IT team to plan and initiate HR system projects with clients.
- Develop and manage project timelines to ensure alignment with internal and client requirements.
- Document all system requirements and specifications; oversee data migration processes ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Provide a customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Recognized University Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline.4 to 5 years of experience in a customer support role with at least 1 year of experience using HR systems.Proven experience in customer support, project coordination, or related field.Strong understanding of HR systems and services is preferred.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously; detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Proficiency in documenting system requirements and processes; experience with data migration is a plus.Ability to work well with others and independently; willingness to learn and expand knowledge continuously.Required and Optional Skills
