Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure adequate opening float cash and manage cash transactions.
- Prepare and serve beverages and food per HQ recipes and SOPs.
- Ensure quality and presentation standards are met.
- Keep equipment clean and operational.
- Conduct daily stock takes and record inventory accurately.
- Reconcile stock counts with records and report discrepancies.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering and restocking.
- Check and maintain café equipment and facilities.
- Document and communicate equipment malfunctions and supply shortages.
- Collaborate on solutions for reported issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, adhering to company guidelines.
Job Requirement
Minimum of 1 year in a café or food service environment.Able to work Shift (Morning / Night)Able to work 6 days per week.Friendly, approachable, and able to handle high-pressure situations.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in stock and cash management are crucial.Spoken Language : Malay, English
