Penerangan pekerjaanPrevious experience as a Barista is an advantage. Passionate about coffee, beverages, and customer experience. Basic knowledge of espresso machines and coffee brewing techniques. Friendly, positive attitude, and good communication skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team. Willing to learn and grow with the company. Coffee training and skill development provided.

You’ll be the face of our café — crafting delicious coffee, serving with a smile, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold coffee beverages (espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc.).
- Recommend menu items and assist customers with their orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista counter and equipment.
- Ensure consistency in coffee taste, quality, and presentation.
- Monitor stock levels for coffee beans, milk, and other ingredients.
- Work closely with the service team for smooth café operations.
- Provide excellent customer service — every cup served with warmth and care.
