About the role
We are inviting applications for the position of Admin Assistant to support our property management operations. We have multiple vacancies available across different locations within Klang Valley, and each successful candidate will be assigned to one specific site.

Ampang JayaAra DamansaraMutiara DamansaraAs an Admin Assistant, you will play an important role in assisting the Building Manager to ensure smooth building operations. You will be responsible for billing, collections, record-keeping, and liaising with tenants and residents to maintain good service standards. This role is ideal for detail-oriented and responsible individuals who enjoy working in a structured environment, handling administrative tasks, and supporting daily building management activities.
What you'll be doing
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance of the building management team
- Handle tenant enquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
- Assist the Building Manager in managing petty cash funds and maintaining accurate records
- Prepare and issue invoices, billings, and receipts for service charges, sinking funds, and water charges
- Collect payments, bank-in daily collections, and maintain proper financial transaction records
- Prepare and submit daily collection reports, summaries, and bank-in slips for reconciliation with HQ Accounts Department
- Maintain and update property records, including issuance of access cards, car stickers, and resident passes
- Draft official letters, memos, meeting minutes, requisitions, and purchase orders as required
- Support the preparation of weekly and monthly reports for management review
- Handle office communication, including phone calls and resident queries
- Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned
What we're looking for
- 1 – 2 years of working experience in administrative support (experience in property management is an added advantage)
- Basic knowledge of accounting functions (billing, collections, petty cash handling)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken)
- Customer-service oriented with a friendly and professional attitude
- Able to work independently and support team operations effectively
