Rahim & Co International Property Consultants

To lead a team of staff aimed at providing professional services to meet the growing needs and demands of our clients.
To ensure the department provides effective and efficient service, improving process flow and service levels.
To identify and develop new business opportunities for the company.
To formulate and implement new marketing plans for the company.
To maintain a good level of client servicing and CRM, including conducting meetings with clients.
To ensure a high quality of service delivery to clients and other related stakeholders, including providing advice and support.
To prepare and submit yearly panelship renewals with banks and Government-Linked Companies (GLC).

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess a Degree in Marketing or equivalent, with at least 3 years working experience at managerial level.

Possesses good marketing and communication skills and can interact with people at all levels.

Fully dedicated, dynamic, and result-oriented.

Highly motivated with good interpersonal, presentation, and reporting skills.

Excellent command of spoken and written English.

Able to travel and work independently.
