About the role

We are seeking a talented Assistant Manager or Finance Manager to join the team at BA UTILITIES SDN. BHD. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in the financial management and strategic direction of our organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Interpret, develop, and execute the company's financial strategies, including planning, organizing, analyzing, and implementing optimal financial practices.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, as well as oversee cash flow and budgeting activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, standards, and legislation.
• To review the accounting systems and maintenance of financial and accounting records.
• Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management and department heads.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor finance team members to enhance their capabilities and performance.
• Perform any other related tasks as required by management.
