Penerangan pekerjaanLead the planning, execution, and governance of strategic sales operations programs across markets and departments, ensuring agreement across the board. Collaborate with Business Analytics local Sales operations, Deal Management, Commercial Excellence, Finance SSC, and product teams to deliver process optimization and system integration projects that produces commercial efficiency. Partner with analytics and finance to define goals and dashboards that measure program success and sales performance. Translate data insights into operational improvements and strategic recommendations. Conduct post-program retrospectives to capture learnings and inform continuous improvement. You have academic background with a degree in Business, Economics, or Management. Work Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years as a sales operations or commercial operations within a B2B, SaaS, enterprise, corporate or startup environment. Track record in managing both strategic programs and tactical execution with a high level of ownership. Good English speaking, communication and writing proficiency is a must to engage with regional team members across SEA across all levels. Have demonstrated integrity and respect in the performance of their responsibilities. Proficiency in client experience tools (Salesforce CRM) Comfortable with large data analysis, proficient in SQL and Databricks Regional experience in South‑East Asia We have your back with Term Life Insurance and comprehensive Medical Insurance . - We are looking for a Regional Sales Operations Program Manager to lead sales program to drive scale and growth.
- You will report into the Regional Manager, Commercial Excellence and be based in Petaling Jaya, working onsite.
