Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing documentation and reports with attention to accuracy and presentation standards;
- Maintain an organized and efficient filing system for both physical and digital records;
- Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and correspondence;
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications to support smooth workflow;
- Prepare and issue invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up;
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for administrative and operational support;
- Other ad-hoc assignments will be assigned to you from time to time.
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the related field;Possess a Diploma in the field n Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Bachelor's degree is an advantage;Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment;Computer literate and well versed with Microsoft application;Meticulous, well-organised and good interpersonal skill with positive attitude.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay : RM3, RM3,800.00 per month
