Penerangan pekerjaanWed morning Thu morning Fri morning Sat morning Sun morning 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role Expected salary : RM3,100 - RM5,800 per month Develop monthly and annual marketing and sales strategies aligned with the company’s objectives. Plan and execute restaurant promotional campaigns such as seasonal promos, buffets, family packages, and lucky draws. Prepare marketing materials (posters, banners, flyers, digital ads) and manage the restaurant’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Create compelling copywriting and creative content (photos, videos, reels), manage paid advertisements (FB Ads, IG Ads, Google Ads), and host live sessions on social media. Ensure brand consistency and manage customer engagement through CRM, WhatsApp, and email marketing. Identify and follow up with potential clients to convert leads into sales; prepare quotations and proposals as needed. Maintain strong relationships with regular customers to encourage repeat business. Prepare weekly and monthly marketing and sales performance reports. Collaborate closely with the Chef and Operations Manager for menu promotions and new product launches. Support the operations team with upselling and cross-selling strategies to boost revenue. Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification. 2–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or F&B industry. Candidates shortlisted for the second interview will be given a task assessment. Attendance allowance Free meals provided (twice daily) Medical claim Annual increment and performance bonus Commission for eligible staff
