Client Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand customer needs and deliver personalized solutions to address their pain points.
Provide excellent post-sales support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Regularly check in with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify further business opportunities.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of the company’s products / services.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales and secure long-term business.
Develop and deliver compelling proposals and quotes tailored to the client’s specific needs.
Achieving Sales Targets :
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Proactively monitor sales performance and take the necessary actions to meet or surpass targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Product Knowledge & Training :
Stay up-to-date with the company’s product offerings, features, and updates.
Communicate product benefits clearly and effectively to customers.
Attend product training and sales meetings to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Collaboration with Internal Teams :
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment in messaging and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with the customer support team to ensure smooth handover of clients after the sale.
Provide feedback to the product and service teams regarding customer feedback, market needs, and competitor insights.
Reporting & Analysis :
Provide regular sales reports, including sales performance, lead generation, and customer feedback.
Analyze sales data and trends to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
Participate in regular sales meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and action plans.
