Salt Talent Search is looking for a Marketing Ops Specialist for a 12‑month extendable contract role.
This role supports the strategic operations of the Content and Creative Studio team by driving operational excellence, data‑led decision‑making, and production management across APAC markets. It plays a critical role in assessing team capabilities, identifying improvement opportunities, and delivering reporting cycles that inform performance and enable scale.
What you’ll do
- Conduct strategic assessments of the Content and Creative Studio team’s operational capabilities across APAC, identifying gaps, streamlining workflows, and uncovering efficiency opportunities.
- Partner with the Content production team to manage updates of content team spend, resource planning, and ensure alignment with commercial priorities and market needs.
- Lead the resource performance measurement cycle across channels and markets, providing actionable insights to studio leads and stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of AI‑driven workflows and automation tools, including tracking adoption, measuring impact, and identifying opportunities for scale.
Your Experience
4+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or business analysis in a creative, media, or digital content environment.Proven experience in production planning and resource management.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex timelines and cross‑functional teams.Excellent quantitative analysis capabilities and experience translating data into insights and strategic recommendations.Advanced Excel and experience with tools such as Power BI, or similar analytics platforms is a plus.CEI No : R | Licence No : 07C3147
