Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum SPM / Diploma in Automotive / Business or related field. 1–2 years of experience in the automotive service industry is preferred. Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, service software).

- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure excellent after-service follow-up to maintain long-term customer relationships.
