QC Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee production stages to uphold consistent quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Plan, monitor & ensure the Environmental Monitoring Program (EMP) is implemented according to the plan.
• Conduct trending of results obtained from EMP and review the EMP with the line manager and stakeholders.
• Follow up / verify corrective actions with stakeholders if any out of specification results are detected.
• Update work instructions / guidelines or follow up with respective stakeholders, such as production, if there are changes to existing practices.
• Perform validation / verification activities which would trigger a review of the EMP due to changes related to products, processes or legislation where relevant.
• Manage documentation and records related to quality control activities, inspections and audits for Soy Sauce Fermentation.
