Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards.
- Support certification and recertification audits.
- Act as the main contact for customer complaints, analyze trends, and propose improvements.
- Monitor QA / QC performance, prepare management reports, and lead corrective / preventive actions (CAPA).
- Drive process improvements using Lean Six Sigma, PFMEA, and SPC.
- Work with R&D and Production to integrate quality into new product development.
- Manage customer audits and support supplier evaluation / qualification.
- Mentor and develop QA / QC team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage quality / environmental risks.
Operational Responsibilities
Supervise QC inspections, testing, and laboratory analyses to ensure accuracy and compliance.Oversee non-conformance reports (NCRs) and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions.Maintain records of QA / QC activities and prepare monthly quality reports.Ensure proper upkeep of laboratory facilities, equipment, and stock of chemicals / materials.Ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements, including COA submissions via OEM system.Enforce safety, PPE usage, and 5S workplace standards.Carry out any other duties assigned by management.Education & Experience Requirement :
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (preferred), or in a related Science / Technical field.Minimum 3 years’ proven experience as QA / QC Manager with team leadership.Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 QMS.Strong knowledge of laboratory systems and analytical techniques in a QC / Commercial setting.Experience in production or manufacturing environment.Proficiency in listening, reading, and writing in Chinese.#J-18808-Ljbffr
