Job Responsibilities :

• Source & Negotiate :

Identify suitable suppliers, lead negotiations, and secure favorable contracts aligned with business requirements.

Oversee end-to-end procurement activities, including RPIs, RFPs, RFQs, tenders, evaluations, and other related matters.

Analyse supplier proposals and spending data to drive cost savings and enhance value.

Conduct vendor due diligence and monitor performance to ensure reliability, quality, and compliance.

Coordinate with suppliers to meet delivery timelines and resolve any supply-related issues.

Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, SOPs, and applicable regulatory standards.

Utilize procurement systems and automation tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.

Prepare monthly procurement reports and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support overall business objectives.

Job Requirements :

Postgraduate Diploma, Degree, or equivalent professional certification (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, APICS) in a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in procurement or sourcing.

Demonstrated ability to manage sourcing activities independently and efficiently.

Strong commercial negotiation skills with vendors and suppliers.

Familiarity with procurement terms, conditions, and fundamental contract principles.
