Job Responsibilities
- Sourcing and Attracting Talent - Utilizing various methods like job boards, social media, and networking to find qualified candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing - Evaluating candidates through resumes, interviews, and other assessments to identify the best fit for the role and the company culture.
- Managing the Recruitment Process - Overseeing the entire recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer and onboarding.
- Collaborating with Hiring Managers -Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Lead BC hiring for Kulim plant.
- Representing the company positively and attracting top talent through various channels.
- Onboarding New Hires- Ensuring a smooth transition for new employees for into their roles.
- Maintaining Accurate Records – Personnel File and hiring reports
- Staying Updated on Market Trends : Keeping abreast of industry best practices and recruitment trends.
- Building Relationships : Developing strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Troubleshooting : Identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the recruitment process.
Job Requirement
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Minimum 8-10 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in both blue-collar and white-collar hiring.
3. Familiar with foreign worker hiring processes, related government regulations, and application procedures.
4. Able to represent the company at career talks, job fairs, and other recruitment-related events.
5. Strong accuracy in data management with high attention to detail.
6. Good understanding of current market trends and best practices in recruitment.
7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
8. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address and resolve recruitment-related issues.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant digital platforms.
