Job Description :

Responsible for providing administrative and human resource support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the company. This role includes assisting the Managing Directors with coordination, documentation, and office management while handling HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist Managing Directors with daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and office records.
  • Handle recruitment activities including job postings, shortlisting, and interview arrangements.
  • Prepare HR letters (offer, confirmation, warning, termination, etc.) and maintain employee records.
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with external parties such as vendors, government agencies, and service providers when required.
  • Provide general administrative support to all departments.
  • Handle company vehicle maintenance including Puspakom reservation, services and etc.

Skills & Requirements :

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
