As we continue to scale globally, we are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth initiatives and elevate our brand across key markets.

The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will lead the end‑to‑end strategy, execution, and optimization of Valetax’s paid digital campaigns. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, deep technical expertise, and the ability to translate data insights into scalable growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across digital channels.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Criteo, Taboola, Adroll, Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Analyze campaign performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Create and maintain detailed performance dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
• Implement and manage tracking pixels, tags, and conversion events to ensure accurate data attribution.
• Utilize Google Analytics for performance analysis, funnel optimization, and audience segmentation.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Data, and Creative teams to align growth strategies with business objectives.
• Present performance insights, recommendations, and strategic updates to the CMO and executive team.
• Ensure all campaigns align with brand standards and compliance requirements.
