Responsibilities

• Coordinate key governance forums meetings, inclusive of agenda development per the forum Terms of Reference and meeting material / e-books preparations for the Committee’s review / decisions.
• Facilitate effective communication with the Committee members and the key stakeholders ( include of paper owners ) across Biz, Tech, Procurement and Finance teams.
• Raise alerts and provide feedback on issues / outliers in papers being tabled.
• Record accurate & concise meeting minutes capturing key discussions, decisions and action items.
• Track action items, with close follow up on completion of the said action items per committed timelines.
• Review proposals received to assess completeness and identifying areas for improvements.
• Analyse proposals & requests presented, identifying key decision points & potential risks.
• Draft comprehensive feedback / guidance on areas of improvements across papers submitted.
• Identify potential roadblocks in the approval processes and propose solutions / alternatives to facilitate timely decision making.
• Periodic analysis on Tech spend and value realization vis‑à‑vis commitments made and other areas deemed necessary to facilitate effective decision making / governance processes.
