Penerangan pekerjaanEngage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business needs Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation (e.g., BRDs, user stories, use cases) Translate business requirements into functional specifications to align with IT solutions Evaluate existing business processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement Recommend enhancements to systems, tools, and workflows for better efficiency and results Assist in executing and tracking the success of process improvement initiatives Support day-to-day project execution, including timeline management, risk mitigation, and task prioritization Communicate project progress and updates to relevant stakeholders Assist with maintaining essential project documentation such as status reports and meeting notes Serve as the key liaison between business users and technical teams Foster collaboration across departments to ensure requirements are fully understood and executed Proactively address concerns and keep stakeholders informed of project milestones Utilize tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office to track project deliverables and milestones Create visual diagrams using platforms such as Lucidchart, Miro, Draw.io, or Visio to illustrate workflows and systems Maintain accurate and organized project documentation throughout the lifecycle Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business analysis or at least 2 years in a project management role Proven ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in the gaming industry or a similar tech-driven environment is an added advantage
