Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement sales plans; identify and expand into new markets; track competitors. Team Leadership : Recruit, coach, and motivate sales teams; set targets; conduct regular performance reviews. Customer & Partner Management : Strengthen client relationships; resolve escalations; collaborate with marketing on lead generation. Performance Tracking : Monitor KPIs, forecast sales, and provide accurate reports; ensure CRM data quality. Budget & Incentive Management : Manage sales budgets; design commission and incentive schemes.
