Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum 1 year of experience in project management, coordination, or a related field. Strong understanding of project planning and scheduling processes. Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel / PowerPoint / Project) or similar project management tools. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team. Fresh graduates with strong learning ability and a proactive attitude are encouraged to apply. Experience in construction, interior design, manufacturing, or event planning industries. Familiarity with Gantt Charts or project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com. Job Responsibilities
- We are looking for a Project Planner who is detail‑oriented, responsible, and great at coordination to join our team. You will be responsible for project planning, timeline scheduling, progress tracking, and team coordination, ensuring every project runs smoothly and is delivered on time.
- Assist in developing project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
- Track project progress and ensure tasks are completed according to deadlines.
- Coordinate communication between departments to resolve issues during project execution.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to ensure targets are met.
- Support the Project Manager in risk assessment and problem‑solving.
- Participate in project review and improvement meetings to suggest process enhancements.
